Proclaiming the Good News in the villages of Mylampavelly and Vakarai. Mylampavelly is in the rural out-skirts of Batticaloa, struggling to break out of the schackles of long years of poverty and spiritual darkness. Varkarai again is in the East of sri Lanka, and was totally under LTTE dominance all though the war years.
